Block Foam
Block foam can be used for a number of specialized products such as milled elbows, separators, reductions or end pieces. In principle, the possible applications of the product are unlimited.
Dan-Iso has a specially developed block-foam machine and casts its own blocks. The products are cut according to the customer’s request with a CNC contour saw.
PUR blocks have a density of 35, 60, and 80 kg/m3.
PIR blocks have a density of 50 kg/m3 andthe following two types are available from stock:
a) Blocks as per British Standard 476: part 7 ”Class One” fire certificate
b) Blocks intended for temperatures up to approx. 160°C
