Insulation Shells

Cast insulation shells were developed for insulation in the district heating sector. The applied type of polyurethane is used for pre-insulated district heating pipes and complies with the requirements of EN 253. Insulation shells are also used for technical insulation, e.g. in the industrial sector.

The shells are available in the dimensions of Ø 77 to 1,100 mm for steel pipes and Ø 90 to 315 mm for aluminium pipes. The shells are cut as requested by the customer or available in standard lengths of 380, 500, and 580 mm.

In addition to case insulation shells, Dan-Iso offers shells cut from block foam. These shells are available in more variants than cast shells.
