Oval Insulation Shells

Cast oval insulation shells were developed for insulation of double-pipes, e.g. a supply pipe and a return pipe. The applied type of polyurethane is used for pre-insulated district heating pipes and complies with the requirements of EN 253.

The shells are cast in dimensions with oval from 90 to 315mm and cut as requested by the customer or available in standard lengths.
